Leading from Strength WEBINAR from EBSCO on Vimeo.

About the webinar:

Based on over a decade of interviews with remarkable leaders, quantitative research and academic learning across related fields, Joanna and her team developed and continue to teach a new form of leadership. Starting with self, Centered Leadership teaches mastery of five capabilities that help you lead at your best more of the time. Imagine grounding in strengths at work, moving beyond fear to grow, forming community based on trust, taking risks to create possibilities, and practicing recovery with regularity. Imagine finding your center when you need it most, achieving high performance and positive impact in today’s challenging world.
In this webinar, you’ll explore what drives you, gaining self-awareness and inspiring yourself. We’re confident that you’ll uncover personal insights and actions you want to take, finding energy, positive impact, and yes, more satisfaction in what you do and how you live.
