Your humanity and your voice matters. Since we spend nearly 90,000 hours working, we deserve to feel this at our jobs. Neurologically, a lack of safety prevents us from experiencing these truths. When psychological safety gaps emerge, we have no reason to show up as ourselves or meaningfully engage. Adopting self-advocacy skills, you will learn how to define your safety needs and feel confident speaking up no matter your role, tenure, or social position.
