A survivor of workplace sexual harassment, Tim speaks from a place of authenticity to help prevent all forms of harm. Building off original research with 97 organizations, Tim designed the Feel Safe framework to prevent neurologically-based disconnect, prevent isolation, and overcome exhaustion.
